Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is available on all orders across Pakistan. You pay the rider when you receive your parcel.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation, and delivery takes 3-5 working days in all cities across Pakistan.

How much are the delivery charges?

Rs 200 for orders below Rs 2,000. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 2,000 or more. The exact amount shows at checkout.

Will you call me to confirm my order?

Yes, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address. Please keep your phone available so your order is dispatched quickly.

Are your perfumes original?

Our perfumes are inspired-by fragrances sold by MD Fragrances. They are not the branded perfumes they are inspired by. The brand names on our pages only describe the style of the scent.

How long does the fragrance last?

Longevity depends on your skin, weather and how you apply it. Spray on pulse points like wrists and neck for the best result.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

We recommend checking that the parcel is sealed and undamaged, and recording an unboxing video when you open it. This helps if you need to make a claim.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged item?

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or unboxing video. We will replace the item or refund you. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return a perfume if I change my mind?

Yes, within 14 days, if it is sealed, unused and in its original packaging. Return courier charges are paid by the customer. Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch we share your tracking number so you can track the parcel with the courier.
